Buying Guide

1. Register

While anyone can browse through LiveArt Market, only registered buyers - who have been fully and securely onboarded with KYC, AML & bank verification - can submit offers and contact sellers. To register please first create an account with LiveArt.

2. Get Approved

For Private Listings, we ask that Sellers approve Buyers within 24-48 hours of receiving a request. Once approved, Buyers will receive a notification and will be directed to their unique Deal Room where they may view additional details and submit offers.

3. Submit Offers & Buy

Once approved, a Private Deal room is generated for you and the Seller. The Deal Room is fully private, so only authenticated users can view the full artwork details. Within this Deal Room, you may Acquire Artworks, Make an Offer or request additional information about the piece.

4. Fulfill with LiveArt

Once you have come to terms on a deal, LiveArt will reach out to finalize the fulfillment, including payment, shipping and a condition report. Below are some key mechanics of the deal to ensure that secure transactions take place on the marketplace.

Sale and Purchase Agreement

Both parties sign an identical Sale and Purchase agreement. This will list seller and buyer representations and full artwork and deal details.

Escrow Funded

Before shipping is scheduled, we ask that Buyers fund a secure escrow account.


LiveArt coordinates shipping of the item to a secure facility in Delaware. Shipping can be self-arranged by the Seller or supported by the LiveArt Concierge Team.


A detailed condition report will be generated once the work arrives in Delaware.* It will be shared with both the Buyer and Seller.


Once the condition report has been reviewed, funds will be released to the Seller and Title transferred to the Buyer. LiveArt will coordinate with the Buyer to arrange for shipping to their place of choice.
